1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Corfu Car Link for vehicle rental services in Corfu, Greece.
By making a reservation, the customer confirms acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking Process
All bookings are made through our website as a request.
A booking is only confirmed once a representative of Corfu Car Link sends written confirmation via email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if a vehicle is unavailable.
3. Payment
No advance payment or deposit is required.
Payment is made locally upon signing the rental agreement at vehicle pickup.
Accepted payment methods: cash or card.
4. Driver Requirements
The main driver must:
Be at least 23 years old
Hold a valid driving licence for at least 1 year
Drivers under 23 may be accepted with an additional daily surcharge and adjusted insurance conditions.
5. Insurance & Liability
All rentals include full insurance with a maximum excess of €100 for most vehicle categories.
For larger vehicle categories, the excess is €200.
For drivers under 23, the excess is €300.
Insurance includes coverage for:
Tyres and mirrors
Collision damage
Insurance does not cover:
Underside of the vehicle
Interior damage
Loss of keys
The excess amount is not charged as a deposit and is only stated in the rental agreement.
6. Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as delivered. No refunds are given for unused fuel.
7. Mileage
There are no mileage restrictions. Customers may drive freely within Corfu.
8. Additional Drivers
A second driver is included free of charge and must be declared at the time of contract signing.
9. Pick-up & Drop-off
Free delivery and collection is provided at Corfu International Airport or an agreed location.
Pickups or drop-offs between 22:00 and 08:00 are subject to a €20 out-of-hours fee.
10. Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled or modified according to the conditions provided at the time of confirmation.
11. Vehicle Category
When booking a vehicle category, the customer receives a vehicle within that category, not a specific model.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
